No, it does not matter what you wear under your prayer clothes as long as they are clean. You can wear whatever you wish underneath your prayer clothes. Just make sure that everything is covered in all positions of prayer. References :

When you attend the congregation you should dress appropriately and respectably as not to draw shocking or unfriendly attention to yourself.
When you are private that is another matter.

I'd say not.Who would know?Besides, it's my understanding women wear what they wish under the hijab basically,I think.
